Replas Post Consumer Recycled Sheeting is 100% solid plastic sheets 2.4 x 1.2m in size currently available in thickness range from 10 to 30 mm in two different Grades.

Description
Grade 1 is predominantly from clear HDPE milk and juice bottles with a small amount of residual coloured HDPE material from caps, bottle neck rings and coloured bottles. (Image 1)
Grade 2 is a mix of coloured bottles and caps, predominantly HDPE with a small amount of PP included in the mix. (Image 2)
These sheets are available in smooth surface finish only and are not UV stabilised, not recommended for long term outdoor use. Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) Sheeting will work very well in interior fit-outs or underground applications that is not used for direct contact with sun or food.
Some examples of an ideal installation would be:
Splashbacks, chairs, benches, tables, vanities, toilet and shower partitions, storage, waste and recycling bins, animal enclosures, materials handling crates, plant nursery benches, root barriers, and lockers.
Note: there is a slight ‘detergent’ smell and the mixed colour material is a bit brittle, can delaminate and has surface imperfections as this is a recycled plastic product.
